I saw Frieda to have my ears cleaned..phoned her for an appointment asap and surprised that she offered to see me in 2 days ! Wow I was expecting a lot longer waiting time. Once there she was extremely calming and talked about what she was doing constantly making me comfortable.Problem was solved quickly and gave me future guidance too.Highly recommend Frieda if you have blocked or ear problems.

I took my 91 year old mother to see Frieda after a failed hearing test. Her ears were too blocked to carry out the test!
Frieda was amazing and I couldn't be more grateful.My mother had had a bad experience in the past and is a very apprehensive person, so was very nervous about having her ears looked at.
Frieda spent time finding out exactly what had happened in the past and spent a considerable amount of time explaining and reassuring my mother at every step.
Frieda was so patient and constantly monitored my mother while carrying out the procedure. I would (and have) recommended Frieda to everyone and feel fortunate that we have found her.

Highly recommend Frieda at Ears2hear for a professional job on my earwax removal, even making me feel comfortable with the suction method of removal, which I had a bad experience of at specsavers.
Started with irrigation and finished off with suction and my ears are as good as new. Made me feel very comfortable and I’ll definitely return!

Great Service from Frieda she was so knowledgeable, really gentle and sorted my ears our completely.
A brilliant service as I just went in out of desperation, and on the off chance I could get an appointment and she squeezed me in.
My ears were completely blocked and Doctors wouldn't look at me until a week Saturday which was no good at all.

I tried everywhere to find somewhere that could re-fit my NHS hearing aids and stop the rubbing that had made the inside of my ears red raw and painful.
At last I found Frieda in Weston-Super-Mare.
Well worth my 75 mile round trip since this very friendly lady renewed tubes and adjusted my aids so they did not rub the inside of my ears.
100% successful, quick, professional and everything explained in understandable language.
If I have need for action on tubes or moulds -
I will be going to WSM. Highly recommended.

On our way to Cornwall from the Midlands, we overnighted in Weston-super-Mare, and on arrival I noticed that my ear was starting to block up. Not wanting my holiday to be ruined with discomfort and pain, I searched around for an audiologist who could see me at short notice. I found Frieda and booked in for an appointment.
Frieda made me feel comfortable at once. We had a lovely chat, and she put me at ease very quickly. Her clever little camera was able to show me the inside of both my ears revealing that only my right side needed any work. She used micro suction to clear the whole ear canal. No pain, and I am now ready to go onto my holiday without fear of any ongoing issues.
Frieda, it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much for your professional and excellent service this morning.

Initially booked for earwax removal, but on Frieda's inspection I was free of wax, she expertly asked me a series of questions so she could establish what was going on in my ear.
She offered advice of products I can use to try to alleviate my discomfort and wrote me a referral report to give to my doctor.
Frieda is very knowledgeable in her work and explained everything about the ears. She made me feel at ease and I will be booking regularly for ear examinations in the future
